To jog or walk with IDOGO® just hold the IDOGO® with both hands and let it hang loosely in front of your body. Keep IDOGO® close to your body with your palms upwards. Lift IDOGO® to navel level, not to chest level

02 » Let IDOGO® do the work
It is important that you let IDOGO® control your movements and coordination, not vice versa. Let your arms move themselves, along with the rest of your body movements. In the beginning, for practice, you can just let your arms dangle. You will immediately experience a completely new style of jogging and an excellent full body and mind workout without feeling exhausted!
