Six everyday exercises

    • 1. Open the Arms in Three Directions:
      (Improves respiration, loosens shoulder and arm musculature)

    • 2. Open the Thorax and Chest and Straighten the Spinal Column:
      (Loosen shoulder and neck, reduce headache caused by neck strain, and reduce backache caused by false posture)

    • 3. Loosen the shoulder girdle by turning the arms to the left and to the right
      (Loosen the entire shoulder girdle)

    • 4. Stretch Body and Spinal Column:
      (Straightens the spine and posture)

    • 5. Loosen the neck musculature; turn the head to the left:
      (Loosen neck, reduce headache caused by neck strain)

    • 6. Bend the body forward then stretch upwards to keep the back supple:
      (Loosen and stretch the back musculature)
