Six everyday exercises

1. Open the Arms in Three Directions:
(Improves respiration, loosens shoulder and arm musculature)

2. Open the Thorax and Chest and Straighten the Spinal Column:
(Loosen shoulder and neck, reduce headache caused by neck strain, and reduce backache caused by false posture)

3. Loosen the shoulder girdle by turning the arms to the left and to the right
(Loosen the entire shoulder girdle)

4. Stretch Body and Spinal Column:
(Straightens the spine and posture)

5. Loosen the neck musculature; turn the head to the left:
(Loosen neck, reduce headache caused by neck strain)

6. Bend the body forward then stretch upwards to keep the back supple:
(Loosen and stretch the back musculature)
